Delete your account

You can delete your GROW account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data — for the app operated by The Visionary Platform LTD.
Delete from within the app
- Open GROW and go to your Profile / Account settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated personal data are scheduled for deletion.
Prefer to email?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you before we action the request.
What gets deleted
We delete or anonymise the personal data tied to your account — your profile, garden data, photos, notes, listings and AI-generated content — within a reasonable period. We may keep limited records where the law requires (for example tax/transaction records) or to resolve a dispute. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained. Cancelling GROW Premium
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription bought through an app store — those are managed by the store:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → GROW → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → GROW → Cancel.
- Bought on the web: manage it from your account settings, or email [email protected].
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. See our subscription terms.
